Projects Considered

• The project must have a definite start and a defined end.
• Projects may be submitted by professional or amateur scientists or by a group.
• Scientific organizations of any nationality or country may submit a project.
• Projects must be solely concerned with asteroid research with the ultimate result of increasing the amount of space scanned in our solar system.
• The final results of the project can only be used subsequently to further asteroid research.
• Projects of any value will be considered.

Larger Projects

Please note that for larger projects involving a number of stages, it would be preferable to submit each stage as a separate entity.

For example: "Project XYZ requires €1,000,000."

Rather than submitting one huge project, it would be better to break it down into logical stages.

For example: "Project X requires €300,000, Project Y requires €200,000, and Project Z requires €500,000."

In this way, you stand a better chance of part of your project being funded in the event that there isn't enough money in the fund at the end of the year to finance the total project.

Similarly you may want to consider breaking projects that span more than one year into phases or subprojects.
