We offer three levels of support designed to meet you where you are, based on your co-op’s needs, capacity, and budget. Each tier is built around practical, hands-on implementation, so your co-op doesn’t just learn new ideas, but actually experiences the transformation.

Tier 1: DIY + COACHING

£500 per year

Learn at your own pace with our guidance.

  • Access to exclusive online materials covering Sociocracy, Agile, Open Book Management, and other proven cooperative governance and collaboration support systems.
  • A peer learning community to exchange experiences, challenges, and solutions with other co-ops on the same journey.
  • Access to expert coaching or consulting to answer questions, troubleshoot challenges, and guide your implementation.
  • Enhanced self assessment with support in administering and analysing the results of your self assessment, and an extra tool for comparing what people say in public with what they say anonymously.
  • Use of our FCA-approved model rules the first UK legal model for cooperative societies to include Sociocracy, commoning and conflict resolution.

Perfect for co-ops that already have experience with Sociocracy, Agile, or Open Book Management and want ongoing support for deepening their practice. 

Tier 2: Sociocracy & Agile Transformation

£1500 per month

If you need hands-on facilitation and consulting to integrate participatory decision-making, financial transparency, and agile collaboration.

  • Implementation of key elements of Sociocracy, Agile, and Open Book Management, tailored to your co-op’s needs.
  • Ongoing expert support from our team to facilitate meetings, train members, and refine your governance structures.
  • Coaching and mentorship for your leadership team to build internal capacity and sustain long-term success.
  • Includes Tiers 1

Ideal for co-ops that recognise the need for expert facilitation and support to embed best practices while maintaining momentum of culture change and the ability to deliver in your primary business. Typically requires 1-2 years for complete transformation depending on number of workers and initial internal level of expertise. Can be accelerated.

Tier 3: Full Living Systems Design

£4500 per month

If you’re ready for a comprehensive transformation with an intensive, full-team engagement.

  • A detailed assessment of your co-op’s governance, decision-making, and financial systems to diagnose root causes of any dysfunction and develop a path.
  • A dedicated team of experts (convened from various disciplines according to the specific needs of your coop) working alongside your co-op to redesign processes (including HR, marketing and sales, annual strategy reviews, finance and accounting, etc.)
  • Multi-stakeholder governance connecting the communities you serve to your core strategic direction.
  • Design and launch of your movement, a purpose-driven broader community that can support your coop, promote your work, and make it easier for you to have a big impact
  • Custom training, facilitation, and conflict resolution support to enable sustainable, long-term change.
  • Includes Tiers 1, & 2.

This is the best option for co-ops that want to fully transition into a high-functioning, financially resilient, and cooperative workplace that is an indispensable part of a broader community of allied organisations and communities. Typically a high-intensity 6 month period in a longer implementation process.
