Once your payment is processed by PayPal, you will be
returned to the FAIR Society website. Your transaction
will be confirmed by e-mail with a printer-friendly membership certificate.
Acknowledgement of your contribution shows on the members' list by surname, first name,
URN, and nationality, usually within 24 hours.
Why only a modest €15? Simply to avoid the
accounting complications associated with monitoring fluctuating larger
amounts.
It also seems fair that as our individual odds against
an asteroid impact are equal, the contribution should be the same for all.
It's a bit like an insurance evaluation. If you are
inspired to do more, add friends, employees, or family trees. Joining us
is a
small gesture that could ultimately make a huge difference ... to
everything!
